Alarm Central LLC understands the critical nature of the
security industry. We know that we are protecting lives and
property. Alarm Central LLC has taken the necessary steps to
ensure that our services never stop as required by our UL
certification. This means that each piece of vital equipment
must have a backup. In case of a power outage has installed
several failsafe devices, including dual generators and UPS
systems. Since the backbone of our business is phone service
Alarm Central has teamed up with SBC/ AT&T to create a
redundant fiber optic phone network for our location. Our
software is the latest release from BOLD Technologies called
Manitou and is powered by Dell servers. The Manitou software
requires dual servers, one server continually backing
information up from the other in the event one should fail.
The Manitou software has been certified by UL and is in
compliance with UL 1981.
